Free delivery on orders over £50 to most of UK*
For any other orders charges vary based on delivery location and order size.

UK Mainland Delivery £4.95

These will be delivered by a national courier. They will be delivered within 5-7 working days, between Monday and Friday. Someone will have to sign for the items on delivery. If you are not there to take delivery, a card will be left and it will either be re-delivered, be able to collect from a neighbour or collect from the local post office. Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away.
All fees and delivery limitations are clearly marked in the checkout process.

Delivery is Monday to Friday (not public holidays).

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.

We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (i.e. force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions) which could result in delayed delivery services, or mean that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

During extremely busy periods, we may need to slightly extend our delivery window. This will be by exception only. Please reach out to customer services if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Mila Maven cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your product(s) however we understand that you might wish to return an item(s). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please inform us immediately by emailing customercare@milamaven.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Refunds will be made only on items returned within 14 days in their original condition.

Goods must be returned to us, unused, in their original condition, original packaging and in a resalable condition at your own risk and cost. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items must be checked by you upon delivery and you must notify us of faults or defects within 48 hours by emailing customercare@milamaven.com. We will not be able to process a refund if we do not receive this information during this time.

It is your responsibility to package items for return properly. Failure to do so might result in breakages and if so, Mila Maven may be unable to refund you. Any items that arrive broken will not be refunded.

We recommend that you return goods using an insured delivery service. We are unable to accept liability for any goods that are lost or damaged.

We do not accept exchanges. We do not accept returns after the stated period and if an item is returned to us after this time we have the right to return the item to you and not issue a refund.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, processing times may vary depending on who your card issuer is and we have no responsibility over this.

Faulty/Broken Items

In the event that an item is faulty or broken please provide photo evidence clearly showing the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging and the damaged product. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you. Once we have received images of your damaged item we will then be able to discuss a replacement, repair or refund for you.

Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
